SCANDAL
Now i have loved Kerry Washington, way back from when she did "Save the last dance",and since then, she has been in supporting roles in movies like "Last king of Scotland", "Mr and Mrs Smith", most recently "Django unchained" but she has really come into her own with the Shonda Rimes series SCANDAL. I don't know what to say except i love this series...It is smart, multi-layered, well developed yet flawed characters, political intrigue and Kerry sports a wardrobe to die for as the lead character Olivia pope. Check it out .You won't be disapointed but you may become an addict.
Chia seeds
Ok , so if you havent heard about chia seeds, now is the time to get in the mix. i first started taking them when we were trying to fall pregnant because they are packed with antioxidants, potassium, iron , omega 3 and so much more ...they are tasteless and can be added to pretty much anything... i sprinkle them on buttered toast or over my cereal and they also fill you up as they swell to 9 times their size in water and help you lose weight from not over snacking...They are full of energy tooand can be purchased from health food shops. Look for raw chia seeds with no additives or processing...

NUTMEG AND MILK MASK
So , I am always looking for natural alternatives in skincare and makeup and i have stumbled across the simplest and best mask i have ever used and it is using products you find in your kitchen. All you need is ground nutmeg...yup the spice and a tiny bit of milk. Mix together until you make a paste , and then put it on your face for 20 minutes. When it is dry, rub it off to exfoliate your skin and then rinse off with water and your skin will have never felt so smooth. Enjoy!!!
